Progress Update: July 26th

(Eric installing trim)

We are entering into the home stretch on finishing the first forward guest cabin! The A/C ducting has been built and installed, upper trim was fabricated, sanded, installed and painted. The overhead received its final coat, both original solid surface dresser tops have been sanded, polished and caulked down, and the room has been wiped down. All that remains to be done is installation of the doors under the bunks, tile carpeting and a few blank covers for closed off outlets. In future we will be adding two retractable pipe berths which will allow up to 4 people per cabin. The extra stateroom has room for two more people so our medical and disaster relief teams can be up to ten people per mission.

  1. I'm sure your guests will love you for giving them A/C :).

Love watching your progress! Pace yourself, given the heat (yes, this is your mother speaking)...hahahaha
