Progress Update: July 14th

 (Eric building A/C ducting boxes)

More good progress the last 8 days! The first of the new plumbing system is installed on the new wall in the engine room. The A/C system is being built for the forward cabins, utility room, workshop, lower bridge and the captains quarters. As soon as the A/C install is complete for the forward crew cabin, Eric will finish the overhead.
A temporary fan has been installed in the day head, salvaged A/C ducts and grille panels have been cleaned and ready for reuse and the head that was in the cabin where the worst of the fire damage was, has been salvaged and cleaned.

Eric cutting a large access panel under the bunk in the captains quarters. This is where the first two of the new A/C ducting boxes will go and will cool this cabin and the bridge.

Salvaged A/C grilles. Lots of soot but they cleaned up well.
The two larger grilles will most likely be used in the
A/C closets' cover door in the utility room. The metal mesh in the photo helps give a longer lifespan to the filters.

The A/C electrical junction box, ready for wire brushing and paint. This will be installed at the top of the new wall in the engine room.

Mary cleaning a very black, but salvageable head that was in the main fire area.
It cleaned up well, just needs some paint!
